Premium Lace Wig measure the Hair Length from Hair Root to Hair End, which is True To Length. Simply pull the hair into straight and then do the measurement.
Many other vendors measure from crown to end, and this is incorrect. Because if measure from crown means they can sell a 22inch wig for 26" or 28", so of course the price will be much cheaper.
Our wigs are all True to Length, for example 22inch will be from root to end like picture below.

1.Is the wigs made of 100% human hair?
Yes, all of our hair are 100% human hair. We only produce human hair product, and all of our hair have test report. Our hair includes: Brazilian Virgin Hair, Peruvian Virgin Hair, Malaysian Virgin Hair, Mongolian Hair, Indian Hair, Chinese Hair etc. You can choose the different hair materials from "Hair Type" option in product page.
Lace Front Wig: "Lace Front Wig" or Front Lace Wig only has lace in the front of the wig and the remainder of the wig is machine made from a regular netted wig cap or. You are not able to wear a front lace wig in high up dos or ponytails.
Full Lace Wig: "Full Lace Wigs" are lace wigs which are designed with the entire wig cap being made from lace as well as lace all around the perimeter of the wig. Full lace wigs allow you to wear your hair in high up dos and ponytails. Upon applying & adhering the lace wig, a flawless, natural and undetectable hairline is created.
When a dark hair is tied to the base of a lace wig with a knot, you can see a dark dot on the skin, especially when the base is lace. Lace cannot hide the knot in the same way a monofilament base does. Bleached knots usually are only done at the front of the lace wig and it helps create the illusion that your hair is growing out of your head.
The density refers to how thick the hair is and what density you order is really based on personal choice. Most women achieve a natural appearance with light to medium or medium density; however, your choice will depend on your styling preferences and individual profile.
The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled properly, it should last you about 6 months before needing hair added or a repair. If used as your main form of hair replacement and you are using daily, it is realistic to expect it to last 3-6 months before needing a repair or hair added.

We will not be responsible for the hair if it is not in original condition. If the front lace or back lace is cut, the hair was dyed or the hair is cut, we will not accept return.
2. For custom wig orders, our sales person will confirm all details with you before we make orders for you. And if you confirm all details at the begining then we will not accept any return or refund after wig is made. Because custom orders are special made for you only, it can not be wear by other person. For example, the cap size and cap design are specially made for you, other people can not wear it by your size or your design.
